Q: Is there age limit?
A: No, but customers under 13 must be accompanied by adults.
Q: Does EXP Game Center have a game catalogue or do users have to sign into game accounts that they already own.
A: EXP Game Center has a growing list of games pre-installed, but most modern games do require users to have their own in-game accounts to play online and save progress.
Our modern consoles feature Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Playstation Plus with their respective ever-changing libraries.
We do have a few games for the modern consoles like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart World.
Users are welcome to sign into their own accounts and install games that they already own to play them on our gaming stations. It is the user’s responsibility to remove their accounts when they are finished.
Our classic consoles each have a large library of games installed totaling in the several hundreds of games.
We are always adding more games and classic consoles to the library.
Q: If I don’t have an in-game account, can you provide me with one?
A: No. We recommend creating your own In-Game account to save your own progress. Our system can provide available house accounts for you to use if you want to try a game. If you wish to create your own in-game account our staff can help if you require assistance.
Q: Can I bring my own mouse/keyboard etc?
A: Yes, but let our staff know so they can help you set the peripherals up.
Q: Is it free to make an account for EXP Game Center?
A: Yes, we have a general free membership that gives you the right to play at EXP Game Center. We also offer paid membership that include different benefits.
Q: What happens to my remaining time if I do not use it all during a session?
A: You get to keep your balance and use it at your next visit.
Q: Can I cancel my monthly membership?
A: We are not able to offer reoccurring memberships at this time. Our memberships must be renewed each month.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We provide refunds for unused receipts, but we cannot refund “Game Time” that has been started.
Q: Can I use the PCs for non-gaming purposes?
A: Our PCs are not configured for general use, but Google Chrome is available in the user interface.

Q: Do you do tournaments/watch parties etc?
A: Yes we do! We also love to hear what you are interested in! Please keep an eye on our social media for all event announcements and check out the Schedule section on this website.
